Problem
Merchants need a way to quickly identify which inventory risks matter most, understand why they are happening, and decide on the best course of action. The forecast shows 15 SKUs may stock out within the next 30 days.
Solution
My goal was to design a user-centered solution that allows merchants to identify and act on inventory risks in a clear, efficient, and data-driven manner. I focused on building a solution that is not just reactive, but proactive and strategic.
